01 State-of-the-Art Facilities

Our Auckland facilities are purpose-built for high-volume ecommerce fulfilment, with dedicated pick faces, packing benches, and dispatch lanes designed for speed and accuracy. We run barcoded pick paths and QC scanning on every order to maintain our 99.8% accuracy rate.

We run 3PL Central as our warehouse management system, which connects natively to Shopify and WooCommerce. Your orders flow through automatically from store to dispatch without any manual handling on your end. We also support Cart Rover and EDI connections for custom platform setups.

Our fulfilment processes meet New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act requirements for product handling, labelling, and returns. For ecommerce clients selling regulated goods, we maintain product-specific handling procedures and maintain documentation standards for audits.

We charge per order line rather than per order, so your fulfilment cost scales proportionally with your actual volume. There are no monthly minimums and no lock-in contracts. As your order volume grows, your per-unit cost goes down through our tiered pricing structure.
