01 Trans-Tasman as the Starting Point
Australia is the most common cross-border market for NZ businesses and the one we support most frequently. We coordinate outbound freight from our Auckland facility to Australian destinations via air and sea freight, working alongside your nominated freight forwarder for carrier booking. We handle the Auckland side of the movement so your goods leave correctly packed, labelled, and documented.
02 Export Documentation Accuracy
Incorrect or incomplete export documentation causes delays at the destination country border, resulting in held shipments, demurrage, and unhappy customers. We check packing lists, commercial invoices, and freight documentation before goods leave our facility to catch errors before they become international customs problems.
03 Coordination With Your Freight Forwarder
We do not operate as an international freight forwarder ourselves, but we work closely with your nominated forwarder. We prepare the shipment to their specification, coordinate outbound collection from our Auckland facility, and provide all documentation in the format they require for booking. This keeps the relationship simple and ensures nothing falls between the cracks.
04 Packaging and Labelling for Export
Goods shipped internationally need to be packaged to withstand longer transit times and comply with destination country import labelling requirements. We apply export-appropriate packaging and labelling at our Auckland facility before handoff to your carrier, including ISPM 15 timber treatment documentation where required for wooden pallets or packaging.
05 Inventory Management for Multi-Market Operations
If you hold stock in New Zealand and distribute to both NZ and international markets, we manage your inventory allocation across both channels through our WMS. Your customer portal shows your total stock position regardless of whether goods are destined for domestic or international distribution, so you can plan reorders and stock levels accurately across all markets.

Orders received before our daily cut-off time are dispatched the same day. We will confirm your specific cut-off time during onboarding based on your carrier and service agreement.
