Bulk Storage

From warehousing to distribution, we handle your entire supply chain so you can focus on growth. Trusted by New Zealand’s leading eCommerce brands.

Storage That Handles the Big Stuff

Not everything fits neatly on a standard pallet. Oversized goods, irregularly shaped stock, and high-volume lines often need different storage configurations. Forcing everything into a standard racking format wastes space and creates handling inefficiencies.

Our Auckland facilities offer flexible bulk storage configurations for goods that do not suit standard racking. We work with you to design a layout that maximises space efficiency and keeps your stock organised and accessible for fulfilment or distribution.

Flexible Bulk Storage for Any Product Type

We adapt our storage layout to suit your product, not the other way around.

Oversized Goods Storage

Dedicated floor and racking space for large, heavy, or irregularly shaped goods that cannot be palletised or stored in standard racking configurations.

Block & Floor Storage

High-volume floor storage for single-SKU bulk lines best handled in block configurations. Maximises space utilisation for high-turnover, non-palletised stock.

Custom Layouts

We design your storage layout based on product dimensions, weight, access frequency, and compliance requirements. Your configuration can evolve as your product mix changes.

Let's Talk About Your Bulk Storage Requirements

Your warehousing and fulfilment requirements are unique. We would love to hear about them.

At Store Rite, We Are Experienced and Reliable Professionals for Bulk Storage

01Flexible Facility Configurations

Our Auckland facilities have large open floor areas that can be configured for bulk storage alongside standard racking. We can dedicate floor zones by product category, allocate bays by supplier, or configure your storage around your despatching frequency. Configurations are documented in our WMS so every team member knows where your stock is.

All bulk goods are received by our warehouse team, counted, inspected for transport damage, and recorded in our WMS on the day they arrive. Oversized and non-palletised goods are handled with the appropriate equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling resources for irregularly shaped items.

Bulk goods are assigned location references in our WMS regardless of whether they are palletised. Your customer portal shows live stock counts and movement history for every bulk item we store, so you have the same visibility over non-standard goods as you do over palletised inventory.

Our bulk storage areas comply with NZ WorkSafe manual handling and commercial storage guidelines. For goods with specific storage requirements, such as products requiring ventilation, separation from other product types, or pest control documentation, we discuss these requirements during onboarding and configure your zone accordingly.

Bulk stored goods can be integrated into your pick and pack workflow if you also fulfil orders through us. We can pick from bulk storage, kit or repack to your specification, and despatch to your customers or retail distribution points without the stock needing to leave our facility.
