01 State-of-the-Art Facilities Across Three Cities
Our warehouses in Auckland (four sites), Tauranga (Mount Maunganui), and Christchurch (Wigram) are all purpose-built for commercial 3PL storage. Each facility has modern racking systems, CCTV surveillance, controlled access, and dedicated receiving and despatch docks. Our Auckland flagship at Dalgety Drive, Wiri has 28,600+ square metres of warehouse space and 37 loading docks.
02 Real-Time WMS Inventory Control
Every item in our warehouses is tracked through our WMS, 3PL Central. Goods receipts, put-aways, picks, despatches, and adjustments are all recorded in real time. You access your inventory data through our customer portal, which updates live as our team processes your stock. No manual stock sheets and no monthly reconciliations.
03 Regulatory Compliance & Certifications
Our Auckland facility holds food safety certification and operates as an MPI-approved MAF transitional facility for imported goods. We are also ISO 9001:2015 certified, an NZLA member, and HSNO certified for hazardous substances. This means your stock is stored in a compliant facility regardless of product type.
04 Flexible Storage Configurations
We accommodate standard NZ and Australian pallets, oversized goods, bulk floor storage, and food-grade storage in separate compliant areas. 05 National Network Connectivity
Your Auckland, Tauranga, and Christchurch stock are all visible in the same customer portal with a single consolidated inventory view. Inter-hub transfers between our facilities are managed as part of our distribution service, so you can redistribute stock between locations based on regional demand without complex logistics arrangements.

Will my orders be sent to your warehouse automatically or will this be a manual process?
We recommend integrating with our WMS, 3PL Central, which connects natively with Shopify, WooCommerce, and other major platforms. Once your integration is set up during onboarding, orders flow through automatically with no manual upload required. EDI connections and manual CSV uploads are also available.
How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Orders received before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same day. Standard processing is same-day to next business day depending on your service agreement and carrier. We confirm your cut-off time during onboarding.
What is your fulfilment coverage area?
We fulfil orders nationwide from our Auckland, Tauranga, and Christchurch facilities. We work with all major NZ carriers to cover urban and rural delivery addresses across New Zealand, including overnight and rural services.
