These terms of service govern your use of the Store Rite Logistics website at www.store-rite.co.nz and any services provided by Store Rite Logistics Limited (“Store Rite Logistics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Store Rite Logistics Limited is a New Zealand registered company. Our principal place of business is 59 Dalgety Drive, Wiri, Auckland 2104. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

4. Service Agreements
The provision of logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, and transport services by Store Rite Logistics is subject to a separate written service agreement between Store Rite Logistics and the client. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement will take precedence.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services at our discretion.
5. Quotes and Pricing
Any quote provided by Store Rite Logistics is an indication of price only and is not a binding offer unless confirmed in writing. Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice where our operating costs change.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month. We may suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Store Rite Logistics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you in connection with any service will not exceed the amount paid by you for that service in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Goods in Our Care
Store Rite Logistics takes reasonable care of all goods entrusted to us. However, we are not liable for loss or damage to goods caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or third-party carrier errors.
Clients are responsible for ensuring goods are adequately insured. We recommend all clients hold appropriate cargo or stock insurance. Store Rite Logistics is not an insurer and does not provide insurance services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Store Rite Logistics. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
