01 Barcode Scanning & QC on Every Order

Every order goes through a two-step process: scan-to-pick at the shelf face, and a pack QC check before the box is sealed. This is what drives our 99.8% accuracy rate. If there is a discrepancy, the order is flagged and corrected before it ever leaves our warehouse.

We maintain a detailed packing instruction sheet for every client. This covers box selection by SKU, tissue and padding placement, insert positioning, sticker application, and any special presentation requirements. New packers are trained to your specification before they touch your orders.

We can build multi-component kits and promotional bundles directly within our pick and pack workflow. If you sell a product that requires assembly or bundling before despatch, we document the bill of materials and quality check every assembled unit before it ships.

We work with all major NZ carriers including NZ Couriers, Post Haste, CourierPost, and Aramex. You can nominate your preferred carrier per order type, or we can allocate the most cost-effective option based on your delivery zone and package dimensions. Our volume pricing is passed through to clients.

Every pick and pack operation is tracked in our WMS in real time. You can see order status, dispatch confirmation, and tracking numbers through our customer portal as soon as each order is processed. You will never have to email us to find out if an order went out.
