01 Per-Client Packing Specifications
We maintain a documented packing specification for every client that covers box model selection by SKU, tissue colour and fold method, insert placement, sticker and label positions, and any special presentation requirements. This specification is reviewed and approved by you before we pack your first order and is updated whenever your requirements change.
02 Consistency at Volume
Branded packaging is only valuable if it is applied consistently. Our pick and pack team is trained to your specific packing specification and your spec sheet is physically posted at every packing station that processes your orders. New team members are trained to your standard before they touch your orders.
03 Peak Packaging Capacity
During peak periods such as BFCM and Christmas, branded packaging volume increases significantly. We plan your peak packaging requirements as part of our annual peak season planning, ensuring we have sufficient branded materials in stock and the right staffing levels to maintain your presentation standard throughout peak without delays.
04 Packaging Materials Management
We manage a stock of your branded packaging materials within our warehouse as part of your account. When stock levels approach a pre-agreed minimum, your account manager notifies you so you can reorder before materials run out. We track packaging material consumption alongside your order volume so you can plan reorders accurately.
05 Multiple Packaging Specifications
If you sell multiple product lines or sell across different channels with different packaging requirements, we maintain separate packing specifications per SKU or per channel. Your WMS order instructions tell our team which packing specification to apply to each order automatically, eliminating the need for manual sorting or flagging at the packing bench.

Do you source packaging materials on our behalf?
We can source standard poly mailers, cartons, and void fill on your behalf. For custom or branded packaging, you will typically supply the materials. We manage your branded packaging stock within our warehouse and alert you when reorder is needed.
Can you scale custom packaging during peak periods?
Yes. We plan peak packaging capacity as part of our annual peak season planning with every client. We confirm materials stock levels and staffing ahead of peak so your presentation standard is maintained throughout your busiest period.
