01 Customer Portal Access

Every Store Rite client has 24/7 access to our customer portal powered by 3PL Central. You can view live stock counts, run movement reports, check order status, and download despatch confirmations at any time without needing to contact us. The portal updates in real time as our warehouse team processes your stock.

For food, pharmaceutical, and other compliance-sensitive products, we track stock by batch number, lot number, and expiry date. We can flag approaching expiry dates, enforce FIFO rotation, and provide full traceability from goods receipt to despatch for every unit we handle.

If you hold stock across more than one of our facilities, your customer portal shows a consolidated view across Auckland, Tauranga, and Christchurch. You see your total network inventory in a single dashboard rather than having to reconcile reports from different locations.

Our WMS, 3PL Central, supports native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, and other ecommerce platforms, plus EDI and API connections for ERP systems. Stock counts and movement data can be pushed back to your own system automatically, keeping your records in sync without manual data entry.

We run regular cycle counts on all client inventory as part of our standard warehouse operations. For clients who require formal stocktakes for accounting or insurance purposes, we can schedule a full physical count and provide a signed reconciliation report within your required timeframe.
