01 State-of-the-Art Auckland Racking Infrastructure
Our Auckland facilities have over 28,600 square metres of warehouse space across four sites, all fitted with modern selective and drive-in racking systems. Racking configurations are designed for forklift efficiency, clear lane marking, and safe stacking heights. All racking complies with New Zealand WorkSafe guidelines for commercial storage.
02 Real-Time Pallet Location Tracking
Every pallet has a location reference in our WMS. When your goods are received and put away, the pallet location is scanned and recorded. When stock is picked, the location is confirmed at pick. You can see your pallet locations and inventory counts in real time through your customer portal without having to call or email us.
03 Goods Receipt & Putaway Handling
When your pallets arrive at our facility, our receiving team unloads, counts, inspects for transport damage, and scans each pallet into our WMS. Any discrepancies between your delivery documentation and what we receive are photographed and reported to you on the same day. Goods are put away into your designated locations the same day they arrive.
04 Flexible Pallet Configuration
We accommodate standard NZ pallets (1165mm x 1165mm), Australian pallets (1165mm x 1165mm), Euro pallets, and custom sizes. Half-pallets and quarter-pallets are charged at proportional rates. If your product does not suit standard pallet dimensions, contact us to discuss a custom storage configuration.
05 Transparent Weekly Billing
You receive a weekly storage invoice that shows every pallet location in use and the weekly charge per location. There are no hidden handling fees buried in your storage charges, and no minimum invoice amounts. If you reduce your stock level, your storage charge reduces proportionally the following week.

Your stock is accessible during warehouse operating hours, Monday to Friday. For urgent access outside standard hours, contact your account manager in advance and we will make the necessary arrangements.
