01 Food Safety Certification & MPI Compliance

Our Auckland facility is food safety certified and operates to MPI standards for ambient dry goods and packaged food products. This covers our storage zone design, cleaning schedules, pest control programme, temperature monitoring, and staff food handling training. Certification documentation is available on request for your own compliance purposes.

First in, first out stock rotation is applied as standard to all food products we store. Our WMS tracks receipt dates and expiry dates and ensures that earlier batches are always picked before newer stock. We can also configure FEFO (first expiry, first out) for products where the expiry date is the primary rotation driver.

We track every food product by batch number and lot number from the moment it is received at our facility to the moment it leaves for your customer. In the event of a product recall or MPI investigation, we can provide a full movement report for any affected batch within a very short timeframe.

Food products are stored in designated food-grade zones that are physically separated from non-food goods. Cleaning schedules, pest control records, and temperature logs are maintained specifically for these zones. Products with allergen or cross-contamination risks are discussed during onboarding and stored appropriately.

If you also fulfil orders through us, your food products can be picked from our food-grade storage zones and packed for despatch to retail, wholesale, or ecommerce customers. Our pick and pack team follows food handling procedures in these zones. Despatch documentation includes batch numbers and expiry dates for full supply chain traceability.
